Hit pause on the buzz of overwhelm, breathe the air of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and step into a space that engages you in self-care not only for the moment, but for your weeks and months to come.
Uncut Retreat is a three-day retreat curated to provide gentle, open space for learning about, practicing, and embracing self-care tools and experiences that are curated to support the helping professional. Our experienced and passionate facilitators will be sharing on a variety of self-care techniques for both the internal and external self. Their personal self-care practices and experiences lend expertise and ease to their teachings and practices.
Your days will include powerful lectures in supreme comfort, sunrise yoga and meditation to prepare body and mind, incredibly nourishing food, and time to rest and restore in your room or the carefully cultaved grounds of Sevenoaks Retreat Center.
