Booking Your Retreat
We’d love to talk with you about booking your group retreat at Seven Oaks. Since each group has unique requests, our reservation process begins with personal contact with you.

To learn more holding your retreat at Seven Oaks, please complete this inquiry form and submit it. Our Reservations Manager will then contact you.

When our Reservations Manager speaks with you, all of your questions will be discussed including the type of accommodations you want, menus, special requests, cancellation/refund policy, etc.

After a verbal agreement is reached, you will then receive a detailed contract to sign and submit to Seven Oaks, along with your deposit.
