Self-Guided Silent Retreats

Self-guided silent meditation retreats offer individuals the freedom to structure their own retreat experience within a container that supports all their material needs. Held in the secluded and peaceful environment of Seven Oaks Retreat Center, these retreats allow participants to design their own routines of meditation, mindfulness, and rest, while maintaining complete silence throughout. This approach encourages deep personal reflection, self-discipline, and a direct engagement with one’s inner experience, making it a profoundly introspective and customizable path to mental clarity and emotional balance.

Other retreats may be taking place on Seven Oaks Campus at the same time as the Self Guided Silent Retreats. These other retreats may, or may not, be silent retreats. Silent retreat participants will be given lanyards to wear to identify as “Silent Retreat Participant” and have quiet meditation space for silence only. We want everyone to have a positive experience.

5-night Weeklong or 2-night Weekend

Includes 3 lacto-ovo vegetarian meals per day with vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Check in for the Weeklong and Weekend: Friday at 3:00 pm

Check out for the Weeklong: Wednesday 9:00 am check out of rooms, retreat ends with lunch (leave campus by 3:00 pm)

Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of the event, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than four weeks before the event. There is no refund if you decide to leave the event early.

Scholarships
There are no scholarships or financial assistance for this program.
