We strive to nurture our guests by providing delicious, healthy food at each meal.
We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients which include, when available, organically grown produce from our own gardens, which are tended mindfully by our staff and, in part, by our work/study students and guests. We also serve organic, non-GMO products such as local, organic tofu and tempeh; local, organic, soy-free eggs, and organic corn products.
We can accommodate most special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and more.
